Dishonored: The Tales of Dunwall, Episode 2: The Hand That FeedsIn the second episode of prequel series The Tales of Dunwall, entitled The Hand That Feeds, Psyops take us into the dark underbelly of Dunwall with a chilling story introducing The Outsider.

The mysterious entity who will grant protagonist Corvo Atano his supernatural gifts during the events of Dishonored, The Outsider seems happy to dole out devastating power with no warning of its consequences. The short story follows a young boy living on the streets of Dunwall, raised on stories of the golden age of whale oil as depicted in The Awakening. Bullied and beaten by adults and other children alike, the boy’s only friend is his pet rat – until the Outsider grants him the power to turn the tables on his tormentors…

Narrated By Chloe Grace Mortez and using the same haunting, hand-painted style as in The Awakening, The Hand That Feeds shows us the awesome potential of the Outsider’s gifts, and the terrible repurcussions for their misuse.

Dishonored is being developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda. It is scheduled to launch in North America on October 9th and across Europe on October 12th.
