World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria to be Released September 25th, 2012
It seems that World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria is coming sooner than we originally thought.
It’s been almost a year since we suffered the effects of the Cataclysm, even longer since we felt the Wrath of the Lich King and defeated the resurgence of The Burning Crusade but it’ll soon be time for us to calm things down a bit with the upcoming fourth expansion for the hugely popular MMO World of Warcraft, when we peer through the Mists of Pandaria.
Blizzard today announced the release date for Mists of Pandaria, something that we’ve been guessing at on Ding! for the past couple of shows. The game will hit shelves, both digital shelves and retail shelves, on September 25th, 2012.
As has become customary for World of Warcraft expansions, you’ll be able to purchase it as a Standard Edition (priced at £29.99 for both the retail and digital version) and a Collector’s Edition (priced at £59.99), however, for the first time, you’ll also be able to purchase a Digital Deluxe version of the game for only £10 more than the Standard Edition, priced at £39.99. Players who purchase the Standard Edition of Mists of Pandaria will also be able to upgrade their account to the Digital Deluxe version at any time by simply forking over the extra tenner.
There you have it, will you be getting World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria on launch? If so, which version will you be getting? Let us know in the comments below.
