First Bulletstorm Trailer Unleashed!

Not long ago Cliff Bleszinski revealed a new IP alongside the news that Epic Games were well underway with the production of the latest title in the Gears of War franchise. That game was Bulletstorm; a no holds barred, over the top first person shooter. For those of you who haven’t been keeping up to date, Bulletstorm is being developed by Polish developer ‘People Can Fly’ under the watchful eye of Epic Games. These guys are more famously known for their participation in the PC port of the original Gears of War but are also the team behind Painkiller, an old school take on the the good old FPS genre.

One look at the new debut trailer for Bulletstorm and you can see exactly what type of game this is meant to be. High octane, fast paced, unadulterated fun and we hope they can pull it off because, at the very least, this title looks fun. If you are a fan of carnivorous plants, insane guns and the great level design Epic Games are usually associated with, it looks like this title will be for you. Bulletstorm is due to be released on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in 2011.
