Metal Gear Solid 4 is finally set to receive trophy support via a patch coming later this year.
Andriasang reported the news was first announced during an interview Famitsu conducted with Hideo Kojima.
The game is set to be re-released in Japan this August; the trophy patch will hit PSN around the same time allowing Western gamers to start unlocking trophies.
Metal Gear Solid 4 was originally released in June 2008, one month before Sony introduced the trophy system.
Will the opportunity to unlock some new trophies encourage you to replay MGS4? The game is incredible either way so we suggest you do!
