Upcoming Xbox LIVE Arcade title Deadlight is shaping up to be another downloadable hit for Microsoft, catch an inside look at the games development with this first developer diary.
Tequlia Works maybe a new studio but they’re packed full of experienced and talented people, with members of the team having worked on huge titles like Motorstorm, Castlevania, Diablo III and Heavy Rain.
In this first video Tequlia Works talk about the 80’s setting and all the little details that have gone into making it feel real. The team also talk about how they took inspiration from books like Hello America, Cell, I Am Legend and The Road, there’s even a mention of The Walking Dead.
After watching this first developer dairy you really get a sense of the effort being put into this game, hopefully it will pay off when the game releases this summer.
Deadlight will be available exclusively on Xbox LIVE Arcade sometime this summer.
