New Birds of Steel Screenshots Released
Flight simulators are a much under-used genre these days, with only Namco Bandai and their Ace Combat series (even on the 3DS) really flying the flag (see what I did there?) in the genre.
However, Konami are entering the airfield (as opposed to a playing field, comedic genius, right?) with Birds of Steel, set for a March release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Described as “a mix of air combat and battle theatre”, Gaijin Entertainment are bringing key air battles from World War II to the home consoles, boasting over 100 planes along with single and multi-player campaigns.
Today, Â they released 21 new screenshots, and of course we at GodisaGeek have them for you to view, so take a look.
