Halfbrick Celebrates Zombie Birthday with Age of Zombies Anniversary
Australian developer Halfbrick is celebrating the one year anniversary of Age of Zombies with the release of Age of Zombies Anniversary. The universal app, which has been digitally re-mastered will see Barry Steakfries reprise his role in the game taking on the undead in prehistoric times, feudal Japan, ancient Egypt and the all new Wild West…minus Will Smith.
Age of Zombies Anniversary will include rocket launchers, flamethrowers and shotguns in Barry’s arsenal as he battles against zombies from many different eras in time. Game Center leaderboards, more achievements than you can imagine and universal synchronization in the cloud means Barry can kick some undead ass wherever you go. Age of Zombies Anniversary is available as of today for £0.99/€0.79/$0.99.
Halfbrick are one of my personal favourite mobile games developers. They just get it. They know exactly how to create fun experiences in the palm of your hand such as, Fruit Ninja or Jetpack Joyride. Age of Zombies is no different. Poor Barry though, the lad never gets a break.
