DICE Open 64 Player Caspian Border For Last Weekend of Beta
A DICE and EA representative has today announced that the 64 player, Caspian Border map will be open to Battlefield 3 Beta testers this weekend. The map is only available on the PC, with DICE looking to test the huge 64 player combat, which will only be available on the enthusiasts platform.
“After analyzing the data from our first round of closed Caspian Border tests, we have great news for participants in the Battlefield 3 PC Open Beta: the DICE team has decided to bring back Caspian Border for the beta’s final weekend and conduct an open large scale test of the 64 player Caspian Border map.”
Get in there quick, the map is open now and will close with the Beta, on Monday the 10th of October.
Battlefield 3 will be released on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on October 25th in the US with the UK release coming 3 days later.
