Ghostwire Tokyo Tanuki Utagawa Shopping District details

Tanuki 1

Emote: Graceful Landing
This Tanuki is up high, as it has chosen to transform itself into a great big billboard. So you’ll need to use Tengu to gain some altitude before you can find this one. In terms of location you want to follow the road east from the Torii Gate for the area. If you hit a T junction in the road going north and south, you’ve gone too far. Once you’re in the approximate area, get up high. Then using your Spectral Vision look for a large billboard that pings up on your sensors. It should be easy to spot, but if not, take a look at the map below to see the exact location.

Tanuki 2

Emote: Prayer
This Tanuki is arguably the toughest one to find in the game because you can’t really see its tail at all and it’s disguised as a vending machine in an area of vending machines so doesn’t look out of place. To find it, head south from the Torii gate and up the steps. Cross over the road, and keep heading south up the slope. After the little left then right kink, keep on the road for a little longer before heading right into an alley, you’ll know it’s the correct one if you see a load of vending machines. The Tanuki is then on your left at the end of the line of vending machines. Check out the map image below to see a more detailed view of where it’s hiding.

Tanuki 3

Emote: Love and Peace
Whilst this Tanuki is in Utagawa Torii Gate area, you’ll find it much quicker to access it by traveling from the Yamaki Shrine area to the north. From that shrine head south down the road that runs down the east side of the Shrine. When you get to the water, drop down onto the path at water level, on the northern side. Look to your left and in front of you, you should see a door leading to nowhere. This is the Tanuki. If you can’t quite track it down, use the map image below.
