Portal Knights gets its biggest content update yet with the ‘Villainous’ update

Developer Keen Games and indie publisher 505 Games has today announced the largest content update for Portal Knights.

The Villainous Update gives players new gameplay features to improve the overall Portal Knights experience and introduces new threats to the realm of Elysia. There are three new bosses: The Slime Queen, Knight Hunter and All-Watcher.

Also available in the update is The Ranger’s Guild Bodkins Point, a new area for players to explore and complete quests, talk with NPCs, merchants and more. Other improvements include a side-by-side chest management system that enables players to quickly move items from their inventory for mass item transfers and stacking.

PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players will have access to all the content from the Villainous update alongside the Adventurer’s and Creator’s updates in the biggest console update since its launch.

Mobile players on iOS and Android will have to wait a few days longer with the update due to be released on 6 September.
