Overwatch League and Twitch have signed a multi year media rights deal.
This deal will see every match for seaosn 1 and 2 of the Overwatch League broadcasted live on Twitch. There will be a new viewership reward system for fans. The first match begins on January 10 at 4PM and it will be live on Twitch. The deal covers the globe except China for Overwatch League coverage and there will be localized streams in English, Korean, and French.
More details about the reward system will be made available soon. Armin Zerza, COO of Blizzard commented:
