Call of Duty: World War II multiplayer, editions, and more detailed

Sledgehammer Games and Activision revealed Call of Duty WWII and detailed the various editions.

Call of Duty: WWII will release on November 3 and it will deliver a “botts on the ground” combat experience with multiplayer innovations. There will be nazi zombies as expected in the multiplayer mode.

Glen Schofield, Studio head of Sledgehammer Games had the following to say:

“The story we’re telling is unlike anything that we’ve tackled before. It’s such an amazing journey of common everyday people who became heroes. We want to respect this great generation of soldiers, tell a realistic story set in a true inflection point in human history, and deliver the best experience of our careers.”

Preordering at participating retailers nets you access to the private beta that will be available first on PS4. There will be a digital deluxe edition that has the base game and the season pass (with some more content) and a Pro Edition that has everything the deluxe edition has and a SteelBook.

Call of Duty: World War II will release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
