Android boxes are nothing new, of course, but GEM Box is trying to be different and supports 4-player local gameplay, and I’m told you can play DOTA 2 on it, which is a scary thought if you’re already addicted to that particularly MOBA.
EMTEC have created the microconsole interface, and there’s an intuitive virtual keyboard, and even a Bluetooth gyroscopic remote available separately. Obviously you can surf the net, hit up Google Play, and use Kodi, etc.
The best part, though, is that it’s a low priced Android box, available at the end of August for €99.99. The rmote will cost €39.99.
