Halo 5: Guardians kicked off Microsoft’s E3 Briefing, with the game being introduced with a new trailer showing off the games upgraded graphics and teasing the next chapter in the epic FPS series.
Gameplay was premiered for the first time, showing the Covenant fleeing from an alien world as the Locke infiltrates in the hunt for Master Chief. Josh Holmes talked about how the plot of Guardians is the most innovative in the series history and features two teams, led by Master Chief and Spartan Locke.
Multiplayer was also heaving featured, with matches boasting 24-players and including computer-controlled AI on maps four times as large as in previous Halo games. A trailer was showing, premiering a new game mode called Warzone which is playable this week at E3.
