We’ve rounded up all the trailers from the weekend’s conference, in one handy, easy-to-digest article, for YOU!
First of all, you can head over to our article showing off the 15 minutes of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End gameplay, or to see the Street Fighter V announcement and the Ultra Street Fighter IV PS4 news.
Also, Devolver Digital announced a new game called Enter the Gungeon is coming to PS4. We’ve played it on PC, and you can see us playing it here.
Before we get to the rest of them you can also see the latest Batman: Arkham Knight footage (shown live during PSX), here. If that’s not enough links to click, you can see the latest No Man’s Sky trailers (more than one!), here.
Finally, then: Yakuza 5 is coming to the west (only via digital, however), and Persona 5 is also coming to PS4. YES!
Right then, on with the trailers!
First up, Ready at Dawn showed off some new footage from The Order: 1886, which continues to look incredibly visually impressive. We’ve not been able to get any hands-on yet, so that’s about all we can say, though!
Next, some footage of Gang Beasts running on PlayStation 4, because that’s where it’s coming to!
In what can only be described as “trolling at complete prick-levels”, Square Enix came on to talk about Final Fantasy VII, and how it was coming to PlayStation 4. Hushed whispers started, before they revealed it to be true, only it’s the original game, just on PS4. Not even a HD-remake.
The creators of The Unfinished Swan took to the stage at some point, showing off their new game. This looks rather interesting. This is “What Remains of Edit Finch”.
Another new game was announced, called “Wattam”.
Fat Princess Adventures is a new gmae coming to PS Vita.
Grim Fandago Remastered got trailered, while Double Fine’s Mr Tim came on stage to also announce that Day of the Tentacle is getting the same remaster treatment.
Until Dawn looks rather impressive, if you like scary, Heavy Rain-type games (which I do). We previewed it at EGX, but I’d love to get my hands-on with this one.
Media Molecule have been busy with Tearaway, the best PS Vita game that is now coming to PS4, with new, updated controls.
They also created LittleBigPlanet, and the third (developed by Sumo) got a little bit of attention, too, as they used the in-game creator to make a “20 years of PlayStation” video.
Severed is a game from the creators of Guacamelee, Drinkbox Studios (who we had on our podcast, where they VERY briefly mentioned it).
Sony closed PSX with David Jaffe’s new game, which is suitably violent looking. It’s called Drawn to Death, check it out:
