LoL’s New Summoner’s Rift Map Now Live
After what seems like an age of waiting the new League of Legends Summoner’s Rift map is available to play in all game modes, including ranked and normal queues.
A micro-site for the new map has been up for a while that lets you take a look without having to boot up the game.
Riot co-founders Brandon Beck and Marc Merrill have also written a open letter to the community explaining the new maps development and promising to support the game further (which surprises no one).
“The journey is still just beginning. With a community as large and passionate as the one we’re proud to be a part of, we’ll continue to refine, iterate, and update as we experience and share new epic moments on League’s main stage, together. See you on the Rift.”
