Last week at Gamescom thousands of people had the chance to try out all of the biggest upcoming games. Calvin attended the show and managed to play some Call of Duty: Kevin Spacey Edition as well as getting to go hands on with some new Alienware kit.
At the show Konami demoed MGSV, but are now releasing footage of the demo out to the rest of the world. The play through of the demo will be released in full 1080p video at 11am on Thursday (21st August) in Japanese on Kojima Station, and in other languages via IGN.
The footage is set to show the game’s open world, the use of night and day within missions, and some of the MotherBase features. It will also show many uses of the cardboard box, and the Fulton Recovery System.
eSports! I joined God is a Geek all the way back in September 2013 and since then have spent most of my time on Dota 2, and occasionally posting the odd review, news article or totally wrong predictions for The International. When I am not playing Dota I can probably be seen watching some kind of strange eSport or begging for more Twitter followers (@MikeStubbsy if you are interested). Aside from GiaG I am a computing student, football coach and major Apple fanboy.
