Now here’s an interesting one. Upper One Games have the distinction of being the first indigenous development group in the US, being native from Alaska, and Never Alone (or Kisima Ingitchuna in their native language) is their first release.
In this rather arctic platformer-puzzler, one or two players take part in a game inspired by all elements of native Alaskan culture, over eight chapters. We’re promised that the game will introduce players to all manner of characters from Alaskan folklore, including the Manslayer, Blizzard Man and the Rolling Heads.
You can see what it’s all about in the following trailer (Thanks, AllGamesBeta).
Never Alone will be available this Autumn, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 & PC.
