New Release Date And Story Trailer For Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag
Ubisoft have sailed the seven seas to bring gamers a brand new story trailer for their upcoming Pirate-themed Assassin’s Creed title, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. Along with the new video, gamers have also received confirmation that the game will launch globally on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on the same day no matter where you live – October 29th.
It has long been suspected that this would be the case, but this latest piece of news officially confirms the simultaneous release date. Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and Wii U will still be released on the previously-announced date of November 22nd in the UK.
This latest video gives us a bit more background to the story of Edward Kenway, and how he has got himself involved in the centuries-old struggle between Assassins and Templars. This certainly helps build up the excitement and atmosphere for this next entry in the series – let us hope that it will be a return to form, after the somewhat disappointing Assassin’s Creed III.
