During Sony’s Gamescom conference, the company finally announced that PlayStation 4 will be on retail shelves on November 14 in North America and November 29 in Europe.
Ever since the console was revealed way back in February, we’ve been clinging on to the annoyingly ambiguous “Holiday 2013” launch window but now, we can really get excited.
It looks like it’s going to be a busy Christmas too, as Sony said that one million PS4s have been pre-ordered.
We already know that Microsoft are planning to release their next-gen system in November, too. If they go on the same date, then we’ll really see a battle.
