Sega’s critically panned first person shooter Aliens: Colonial Marines has sold over 1.3 million copies.
The figures were revealed in Sega’s annual financial report.
The game allegedly made by Gearbox Software but actually largely made by the now dead TimeGate Studios was hit with a class action lawsuit last week claiming the game was mis sold to the public.
It was also announced in Sega’s sales figures that the well-reviewed Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed shipped 1.36 million copies, while Football Manager 2013 sold 940,000.
Meanwhile Sega’s Olympic tie-in, London 2012, shifted 680,000 copies and Yakuza 5, which has only been released in Japan, sold 590,000 copies.
