Mew-Genics is Looking More Eccentric with Every Passing Teaser
This week, Team Meat’s teaser for their upcoming game makes it look like you can enter cats into pageants, a la the popular (yet, very peculiar) Toddlers and Tiaras TV show. Over on their blog, the latest bit of artwork shows different kitties, celebrating on podiums.
“Are you ready to win your 1st kitty tiara? Do you think you have what it takes to take home the boon county crown? how rare is your cat? does she have forked tail? how about a horn? *does she randomly take dumps all over the place? if so its probably time to enter Mr. Tinkles annual Boon county cat pageant!”
Mew-Genics is gradually being revealed by the developers via these teasers, and trying to decipher them has become a hobby of Team Meat fans. As far as we know, the game will randomly generate cats with such a degree of variation that players will rarely (maybe, never) come across the same cat twice. It’s also said to be multi-platform and contains petrified poop…yep, petrified poop.
