Ahead of Capcom bringing Monster Hunter World: Iceborne to E3 they have released a new trailer detailing some of the story mode making its way to you on Xbox and PS4 on September 6th, 2019, with a PC release coming sometime in Winter.

Iceborne will take place after the events of Monster Hunter: World where players will join up with the Research Commission to explore the new undiscovered ice land called Hoarfrost Reach. Iceborne requires the Monster Hunter: World base game to play and you will need to have finished the main story through Hunter Rank 16 in order to access the new story and quests.

For anyone heading along to E3 this year, you’ll have the chance to play a demo of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne featuring three different quests, all 14 weapon types and brand-new gameplay options such as new weapon combos and features, and Clutch Claw function for the Slinger.

Now for the prices! For those that already own Monster Hunter: World, the Iceborne expansion is available as digital DLC for  $39.99/€39.99. A Digital Deluxe version including both the expansion and a Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Deluxe Kit DLC of cosmetic items is $49.99/€49.99. Also available is the Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Master Edition containing both the main game and the Iceborne expansion which is available to preorder at retail and will be available for purchase digitally at launch for  $59.99/€59.99.
