Nintendo have announced a cloud based Pokémon service that will work across multiple devices.
Details aren’t in full at the moment, but currently the service will work across Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android devices. It’ll also work with Pokémon bank as well, meaning you’ll be able to bring every one of your pocket monsters to Pokémon Sword and Shield.
The Pokémon Company also announced Pokémon Sleep, an app that will tie your sleep patterns to your Pokémon development. No gameplay details have been revealed yet, but apparently it’ll use the Pokémon GO Plus to send details to the app on your smartphone.
A new mobile app was announced called Pokémon Masters and will come to Android and iOS devices. You’ll be able to battle many of the great trainers from Pokémon history including a rock and Misty.
Finally, hot on the heels of the movie, a new Detective Pikachu game will come to the Nintendo Switch and will conclude the cliffhanger that the DS version left.
