Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and IO Interactive have announced a remastered compilation of Hitman: Blood Money and Hitman: Absolution. The compilation will be called the Hitman HD Enhanced Collection and will see both games remastered in 4K and 60fps for the first time.
You won’t have to wait long for it either, as the Hitman HD Enhanced Collection is due to launch as a digital exclusive on January 11, 2019 on PS4 and Xbox One.
Check out the official blurb below to see what other upgrades you can expect:
Hitman HD Enhanced Collection will feature 4K visuals at 60 frames per second (fps), along with increased texture resolution, upgraded texture formats, super-sampling, upscale support, heightened shadow map and mirror resolutions, improved lighting and updated controls for a more fluid experience.
With the most recent release of Hitman 2 being well and truly loved here at God is a Geek, making our Top 10 GOTY list last year, this reveal is very welcome. And for me personally having not played these titles previously, this is one for me to definitely keep my eye on.
