Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds gets a first person viewpoint today, as well as a few other bits and bobs for your pleasure.
Basically, if third person shooting isn’t your thing, and you prefer your bang bang a bit more up close and personal you can switch to the new first person mode and have at it. The new update for the mobile version of the first Battle Royale shooter also brings an Arcade mode called Mini Zone, this mode drops 100 players into a smaller area but with three times the weapons, these skirmishes are expected to last around twenty minutes.
Also in this new update is an armory, allowing players to check and compare weapon stats and performance data, there’s also a Royale Pass where players need to do missions to earn points and increase their rank to earn crates. The person with the highest Royale Pass level can choose where the starting airplane finishes its path. Finally, players have a whole new load of gestures and movements to perform in game.
The new update is available right now.
