Prince of Persia maybe coming back, according to the creator Jordan Mechner
Jordan Mechner quoted a Tweet about Prince of Persia with a response that makes it seem likely the franchise will return.
I have fond memories of the original Prince of Persia from playing it in the early 90s. In recent times, the franchise has been with Ubisoft and we haven’t really seen a new game in years. Check out Jordan Mechner’s (The creator of Prince of Persia) tweet below:

I would still replay the original if it was ported to current systems over the remake.
