The first patch for the Game Preview version of PUBG on Xbox One will go live at 9 AM today.
The patch is detailed on the official PUBG forum and the changes and fixes are as follows:

Gas can now be used while on bike or bike with sidecar
UI/UXEquipment icons on HUD will now be visible

Other minor fixes
PUBG is available on PC and Xbox One. It will exit early access on PC this week. The forum recommends restarting your Xbox One to get the update.
