Koei Tecmo Europe just announced that Attack on Titan 2 will be released in Europe on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
This has already been announced for an early 2018 release but now we have the confirmed platforms for the west. In Japan, it is being released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Switch, and PC. For the West they are dropping Vita and adding Xbox One. Attack on Titan saw a release digitally on PS3 and Vita in the West but those two have been scrapped. One good thing about this is Nintendo only gamers will finally not have to settle for a terrible game to get their Attack on Titan fix. I hope they do a Treasure Box premium edition for this release as well so I can add it to my shelf next to that of the first game.
I hope Koei Tecmo can license the Sawano music because Season 2 of the anime has a fantastic soundtrack just like the first one.
Attack on Titan 2 (AOT 2 outside USA most likely) will release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC in early 2018.
