ARK: Survival Evolved goes Gold
Studio Wildcard, the developers of pre-historic sandbox ARK: Survival Evolved has announced that the game has passed full certification and will be shipping its full release to physical and digital stores on 29 August 2017.
Pre-orders have been extended to give fans a chance to order the base game, or the content-and-bonus-packed special editions.
Commenting on the news, Doug Kennedy, CEO and Co-Founder of Studio Wildcard had this to say: “The evolution of ARK has taken a 2-year journey through early access, and the full version will demonstrate that the extra time in development was put to good use. We spent the extra time squashing bugs, improving performance, enhancing the single player experience and delivering the end-game content that will reveal the full story of ARK. We’re excited to finally get it into the hands of survivors everywhere!”
ARK: Survival Evolved will launch worldwide in retail stores and on digital platforms on 29 August for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam.
