God is a Geek presents: iheartvideogames

Hi, how are you? Good, glad to hear!

We here at God is a Geek love videogames, as I’m sure you do or otherwise you wouldn’t be here right now, but we want to talk about why. When we think back throughout the history of videogames, or more so, our own personal history, there are games that stand out above other ones, and our new podcast, iheartvideogames intends to talk about those games that’ve had a massive impact on our lives. Whether it’s one particular memory or moment, a period of our lives when a game got us through a tough spell, or even when a game helped to bring us together with that special someone.

The initial series will be around 10 episodes long, and with each episode, we’ll will speak to different people within the industry about that one game that made a difference in their lives. There’ll hopefully be lots of laughs, poignant musings and at most, interesting stories about the people you care about in an industry you love.

There’s a lot of negativity in the world, but iheartvideogames hopes to shine a little light in an often gloomy world. The first episode will be going live within the next few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled. Now go and play some games!
