Star Wars legend, Carrie Fisher passes away
It comes with a heavy heart to say goodbye to the galaxy’s most fearsome princess, Carrie Fisher, who has died in hospital, four days after suffering a heart attack last week.
Princess Leia was such an iconic character in the Star Wars universe, and a huge role model to girls the world over. In life, Carrie Fisher wasn’t just a successful actor, but also a talented author, and advocate for people with mental health. She paved the way for people with bipolar to speak out, not be ashamed, and be proud of who they are.
