Surprising almost no one, PES 2017 is a real thing and the official website has detailed loads of improvements made to the new game.
The improvements mentioned on the official website include some very interesting bullet points. Adaptive AI is what catches the eye almost immediately. The AI will learn how you play and Konami claims that Adaptive AI “will change sports games forever”. Other improvements include Real Touch, Precise Pass that combines Real Touch and real ball physics, Natural Player Movements with hundreds of new animations, Total Team Control, and more.
PES 2016 was already a handsome game and PES 2017 claims to have a major upgrade in the visual department thanks to further use of the Fox Engine. Everything from lighting to crowds to player models and stadiums has been revamped.
PES 2017 is set to release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Steam. See the first screenshots below.
