Dark Souls III gets PC patch that has some fixes but causes some new issues

Dark Souls III patch 1.04.1 aims to fix online issues on PC but it introduces some freezing issues as indicated by users on the Steam Community page for it.

The fixes that aim to improve online mode are as follows listed on the Steam Community page:

1. Being sent immediately to your world
2. Being sent to the Firelink Shrine
3. Being changed in full Dragon Body Status

Users on the same page have taken to the comments of this announcement to report freezing issues.
