First DLC pack for LEGO Marvel’s Avengers announced

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced the details of the first downloadable content for LEGO Marvel’s Avengers. The Classic Captain Marvel Character and Level Pack and The Masters of Evil Character and Level Pack will be available later this month. Both feature brand new levels and additional story-driven content.

The Captain Marvel Character & Level Pack features Captain Marvel, Captain Marvel’s Skycycle, Helen Cobb’s Plane, Kang The Conqueror, Magnitron, Moonstone, Poundcakes, Tic, Warbird, and Wonder Man.

The Masters of Evil Character & Level Pack features Baron Zemo, Black Knight (Dane Whitman), Black Knight (Nathan Garrett), Enchantress, Executioner, Iron Man (Classic), Melter, Radioactive Man, Thor (Classic), Valinor, and Whirlwind.

As well as these two packs, Warner has announced that three more packs will be available later in the Spring: Classic Black Panther Character & Level Pack; and All-New, All-Different Doctor Strange Character & Level Pack; as well as Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Character & Level Pack.

As an added bonus, Season Pass holders will also now have free access to three additional Character Packs, including:
  • The Avengers Explorer Character Pack, featuring Iron Skull, Scuba Iron Man, and Space Iron Man
  • The Avengers Adventurer Character Pack, featuring Hyperion, Scuba Captain America, and Space Captain America
  • Thunderbolts Character Pack, featuring Atlas, Citizen V, Jolt, Mach V, Meteorite, Songbird, and Techno

The first two packs are due to be released on 29 March.
