Fullbright Games have announced that their console version of Gone Home has been delayed in Europe and Australia at the last-minute, despite being due for release today.
The company cited issues with “complications with ratings/cert” as the reason behind the delay and have been vocal on Twitter about the “sad announcement”:

The company replied to a user who queried how long the delay would take, saying that the game would most likely not be out this week:

The game will still be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One starting today in North America, It’s unclear when the game will see release in Europe and Australia, with Fullbright promising that “EU/AUS versions are on fast track”.
