Here’s What Crash Bandicoot Looks Like in Unreal Engine 4

YouTube user Anisotropic has published a video showing Crash Bandicoot running in Unreal Engine 4, and has only fuelled our desire for a new Crash Bandicoot game.

Of course the footage is very early, but still shows a variety simple textures, water physics as well as enemy AI. Aku Aku even makes an appearance, circling around out favourite Bandicoot’s head as he navigates an Egyptian tomb. If it doesn’t send your nostalgia levels sky high, then go see a doctor.

Will this finally be the boot up Sony’s backside to get started on a Bandicoot remaster? We’ll have to wait and see. Watch the footage above.
