The Town of Light to be Presented at the Smithsonian
In a move that will further fuel the ‘are games art’ debate, LKA.It’s first game The Town of Light is to be showcased at the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
This is part of the Smithsonian’s Indie Arcade event which is to be held for one day in January and will be open to the public.
The selection criteria for entries to show was based on quality, narrative, innovation and cultural/social impact and amazingly, this is the first time that an Italian made game has been selected to be the representative for the Smithsonian.

The first part of The Town of Light will be available on February 26 and will be released in nine installments on a bi-weekly basis on PC, Mac and Linux. It’s certainly one to watch.
