Rockstar Video Editor Coming Exclusively To GTA V on PC

An exclusive feature will be available to players who pick up Grand Theft Auto V on PC: a powerful video editor which will allow for the creation, editing and sharing of footage taken directly from Story Mode or GTA Online.

Titled the Rockstar Editor, the new feature will provide players with an array of editing tools to create their perfect short videos to share online such as special camera modes, filters, depth of field and audio customization options. Included in the editor will be a Director’s Mode that allows you to stage creative moviemaking sequences from a cast of characters ranging from in-game characters to animals.

Users will be able to upload their videos directly on to YouTube or share them on the Rockstar Games Social Club. Watch the trailer above for a preview of the new editor in action.

Grand Theft Auto V finally debuts on PC tomorrow (April 14).
