Bandai Namco Entertainment, Capcom and Sega Interactive are set to cross paths once again as they have announced the sequel to their 2013 tactical RPG title, Project X Zone.
Project X Zone 2 is set to bring back some old fighters as well as feature brand new characters taken right from the extensive roster of Japan’s biggest video game publishing houses. Developed by Monolith Studios, Project X Zone 2 will allow gamers to play as the characters from a range of franchises such as Resident Evil, TEKKEN, Devil May Cry, Mega Man X, Tales of Vesperia and Virtua Fighter.
Project X Zone 2Â will be released worldwide for the first time unlike it’s predecessor which was released in Japan in late 2012, then 8 months later in the U.S. and Europe. The game is expected to be available this autumn, with a solid release date yet to be confirmed.
