Gfinity Partners with Vue for eSports Arena

Gfinity has announced that they have partnered with the Vue cinema chain to build the UK’s first dedicated eSports arena.

Gfinity will transform the Vue cinema on Fulham Broadway into an arena with three custom built stages and room for 600 eSports fans. The arena will also offer up chances for people to get hands on with upcoming releases and watch major eSports events from the likes of Blizzard, Riot and Valve.

A post on the Gfinity website details why they chose this location:

“With Fulham Broadway tube station less than a minutes’ walk; amazing food and drink choices via the adjacent shopping centre and great hotel choices in the surrounding area, we’ve got you covered.”

The Gfinity arena is an exciting step for UK eSports. Combine the arena with the upcoming European Call of Duty Championships and Gfinity are cementing themselves at the top of the UK eSports scene.
