The first major Call of Duty tournament of 2015 has kicked off in Orlando Florida and is set to continue across the weekend.
The UMG Orlando event features a $25,000 prize pool with the winners taking home $15,000. The tournament will see the best Call of Duty teams playing multiple games across multiple maps in Search and Destroy, Uplink, Hard point and Capture the Flag.
Day one saw some exciting action and surprisingly saw both Optic teams, perhaps the most supported CoD teams in the world, struggle. Optic Gaming, the organizations premier team, failed to win a single map on day one. However they still have a chance to turn it around before the weekend is over.
