This War of Mine Recieves Major Update
11 Bit’s survival strategy This War of Mine has been updated to version 1.2, bringing several large changes.
The headline feature is the ability to start your story with a shelter, making the early game a fraction easier.
There’s also the option to choose your starting group of characters, giving you a larger influence on how the story progresses. You do have to play through the story at least once to unlock this option however.
This War of Mine came out last month, with Colm giving it a great 7/10, saying “This War of Mine wants you to care about the people who have been affected by the war, rather than soldiers on the front-line…even though it never fully reaches its potential.”
