FIFA 15 on Xbox One and PS4 Gets First Post Release Update

EA have just finished pushing out the first post-launch title update for FIFA 15 on Xbox One and PS4, and here is what you can expect to find next time you jump in for a match.

FIFA games have always seen a steady stream of updates post launch, its one of the benefits of being so popular, millions of people play your game, essentially doing your testing for you. So, what has the feedback from Xbox One players resulted in? ;

  • Fixed ‘search-by-name’ functionality in Career Mode.
  • Added the latency indicator to FIFA 15 Ultimate Team so fans can view health of connection before entering an online match.
  • Improved set-piece cameras in Online Seasons for Guest players.
  • Corrected home crowds in Match Day Live matches.
  • Fixed occurrences where post-match menus do not appear after a FUT Single Player Season match.
  • Fix to hospitality upgrades in Career Mode and Pro Clubs.
  • Improved stability when players change their set-piece taker.
  • Fixed occurrence where Reserves not brought into Season matches

And for PS4 FIFA players?

  • Fixed ‘search-by-nameā€™ functionality in Career Mode.
  • Added the latency indicator to FIFA 15 Ultimate Team so fans can view health of connection before entering an online match.
  • Improved set-piece cameras in Online Seasons for Guest players.
  • Corrected home crowds in Match Day Live matches.
  • Fixed occurrences where the player would be unable to progress at the end of a FUT match due to the post-match menus not appearing.
  • Fix to hospitality upgrades in Career Mode and Pro Clubs.
  • Addressed exploit where players could infinitely switch kick-takers on set-pieces
  • Fixed occurrence where changes to the Subs and/or Reserves are not brought into Season matches

EA have also noted that they are aware of some PS4 players issues with stuttering framerate in games, stating that “progress in our on-going investigation of the stuttering issues currently affecting a small percentage of PS4 users.
