Classic Lucasfilm Titles Now Available on GOG.Com
In a move guaranteed to excite anyone who played PC games in the 90’s, GOG.com has announced that it has joined Forces (sorry) with Disney Interactive to release several classic Lucasfilm titles.
Leading the trench run are the cult space-dogfighting titles X-Wing and TIE Fighter Special Editions. Also from a galaxy far, far away comes the original Knights of the Old Republic, and they’re joined by Sam & Max Hit the Road, The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition and Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis.
“We are very excited to be able to bring these classic interactive titles to our platform; it has been a long-time dream of ours,” said Guillaume Rambourg, Managing Director at GOG.com. “Luckily, Disney Interactive is always looking for new ways to give players access to content, so this was a natural collaboration. To those gamers playing these titles for the first time…May the Force Be With You!”

Normally I'll be sinking my time into the latest RPG, but I'll play almost anything, with racing games a particular favourite. Owner of a Wii U, I have no regrets purchasing the console, though Smash Bros. hasn't left the disc tray since Christmas.
