Ubisoft have announced that Watch Dogs will be available for the Wii U in the UK from November 21st.
Watch Dogs Wii U will hit the US a few days before on November 18th, as reported by Gamespot.
According to the chaps at Ubisoft, Watch Dogs will take ‘full advantage’ of the Wii U specific hardware with a detailed and interactive map of Chicago displayed on the Wii U GamePad.
Watch Dogs Wii U will also feature Off-TV Play, so you can continue playing Watch Dogs solely on the Wii U GamePad.
And that’s all that’s written. Oh, aside from the fact that development on the Wii U version was handled largely by Ubisoft Bucharest, in collaboration with Ubisoft Montreal.
What this leaves is more questions than answers. Will the Wii U version come with the Bad Blood DLCÂ packed in, or will that even be available? What does it look like? Are the Gamepad features worth it? Can app users hack Wii U players?
Most importantly, is Watch Dogs Wii U still the 9/10 game that Tom judged it as in May?
It always seems to be more questions than answers with this port. At least one of those questions was genuinly answered today – November 21st.
