PS4 Exclusive Title WiLD Is The New Project From Michel Ancel
Sadly, there have been no new updates at Gamescom about the status of the long-awaited sequel to Beyond Good & Evil from Ubisoft and Rayman creator Michel Ancel. But there has been news of the first project that will be coming from the new studio that he has founded himself, known as Wild Sheep.
During the Sony Gamescom presentation, their debut game entitled WiLD was revealed, and it was also confirmed that it would be PlayStation 4 exclusive. This doesn’t mean that Ancel isn’t working on anything for Ubisoft too – but Wild looks like a large and ambitious project.
The game is set 10,000 years ago – in a game world that will be as large as Europe, feature dynamic weather effects, and allow gamers to take control of a massive range of different creatures. In fact, every creature you encounter in the game will be playable – even enemy ones. There have been few details revealed so far, but the title will heavily feature online play and sharing options – and will reportedly feature what feels like an endless selection of activities.
