This one was certainly a surprise, as Capcom have revealed via the Microsoft E3 press conference that this new DLC (that I’m not typing out again, seriously) is available right now, for owners of Dead Rising 3.

An all new 4-player co-op mode for Dead Rising 3! Cosplay as your favorite Capcom characters and use their special abilities to save Los Perdidos.
