Killzone Shadow Fall DLC Adds Four Player Online Co-Op

Guerrilla Games will be bringing their new DLC expansion pack for Killzone Shadow Fall, to players this coming June. The DLC is titled Killzone Shadow Fall Intercept and will introduce players to a new four player online co-op mode, where you must intercept and relay Helghast military transmissions back to VSA headquarters. To succeed, you’ll need to keep Helghast interlopers at bay long enough to establish a Hacking Uplink and transmit the data.

Each player will have unique roles, that ranges from close-quarters Assault and mid-to-long range Marksman roles to supportive Medic and Tactician roles. The Helghast enemies will have their own plan and their own roles. They will change their approach and their tactics when attacking. They can also call on special Helghast champions with unique abilities, based on key Killzone Shadow Fall characters.

Killzone Shadow Fall Intercept also comes with 4 new arena maps, based on the single-player campaign. It will be available in June and is free to Killzone Shadow Fall Season Pass holders.
