The latest game in the wildly successful Motocross series from RedLynx – Trials Fusion – is edging closer to its release date on April 16th for Xbox 360, Xbox One and Sony PlayStation 4, with the PC version coming soon after on April 24th. Gamers who pre-order the PC version through uPlay, Steam and other selected retailers gain immediate access to the Trial Fusion Beta.
Today Ubisoft have announced their first major update to the Trials Fusion PC Beta, which has been up and running for some time now. The update will add eight additional tracks to play through, coming from the brand new “Urban Sprawl” environment. This also includes two new training programs. On top of that, it also lowers the minimum requirements, allowing the game to run smoothly on more PC configurations. It is now compatible with lower cards as AMD Radeon 5770 and NVIDIA Geforce GTS 450 (previously AMD Radeon 5850 and NVIDIA Geforce GTX 460).
The new game will offer worldwide challenges and the same addictive gameplay that the Trials series is famous for, with an emphasis being placed on community involvement and fan-made tracks using the track editor. It is bound to be a big hit, but it will be interesting to see how the partnership between Redlynx and Ubisoft has allowed the series to develop.
